Greetings, visitor! This is the personal webspace / portfolio of David Carillet, owner and admin of Creative Uncut. The pages here offer an informative look into my life's vocations and background. This layout, intended to mirror my hobbies as an amateur web designer and artist, was primarily hand-drawn in Photoshop 6 and is entirely visually composed of .GIF format images as a homage to early internet. "Choosy developers choose GIF!"  The images are split into similar-colored segments over transparent backgrounds to stay within the 256 palette and layered via tables to create a complete scene (like a 2D video game). The cherry branches are borrowed from the first design of Creative Uncut as a tribute. You can view more of my past and current works at their respective navigational links.
